Congratulations Alonso!!

Normalmente no escribo nada en est blog, solo incluyo fotografias e informacion acerca de presentaciones proximas y eventos, pero esta vez quiero aprovechar para en breve felicitar a Alonso Cortes, uno de los miembros fundadores de esta compania de danza, y hacerle saber lo orgulloso que estoy de el, como maestro y amigo, ya que este fin de semana celebro su graduacion como Arquitecto.

Felicidades Alonso y confia que en el futuro se abriran puertas poco a poco, porque siempre hay una puerta abierta para gente con el empeno y decision que tienes tu!

Come celebrate Cinco de Mayo at this outdoor festival featuring a mole cook-off with judges like Alpana Singh from Check Please!

For those of you not familiar with Mexican cuisine, mole is a traditional sauce used to accompany chicken, enchiladas and all kinds of Mexican dishes and is simply delicious!

You will also be able to enjoy traditional Mexican libations like margaritas (courtesy of Sauza and Lalo's Restaurant), Miller Lite and micheladas (Mexican Bloody Marys), an outdoor market and of course mariachis!!
